Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Ventizen order. If you're not satisfied, contact us at support@ventizen.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll help sort out a return, exchange, or refund.

For hygiene reasons, unopened and unused products are eligible for a full refund. Opened products are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — email us and we'll take care of you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once a return is received and inspected, typically within 5-10 business days.
